An 8-week training program that prepares you to finish your next race successfully.

The Run Better Bootcamp is hosted by Fitness Revoution West Seattle and is designed to get you to the starting line healthy, and ready to run your best race – as well as get you to the finish feeling good! The run better bootcamp is designed to help you:

  • Become a stronger, more confident runner
  • Improve running mechanics and form
  • Reduce injury risk
  • Improve strength and speed
  • Learn race day techniques to finish your race strong
  • Run your best race
  • Be a better runner with a supportive, fun, group environment

Revolution Runners are a group of runners training together with a shared desire to reduce injury and get faster.  We are men and women of many ages and fitness levels who compete regularly in local road races and bootcamp workouts.  Join our supportive group of runners.

    What You Get:

    • 8-weeks of coached group track workouts every Friday 5:45am @ West Seattle Stadium
    • Training schedule (beginner, intermediate, or advanced)
    • Nutrition plan for runners
